When you contact the company using this website, the form collects your name, phone or WhatsApp number, enquiry type and message, plus your company name if provided. We use these details only to respond to your business enquiry. Older enquiries submitted before this update may also contain an email address.
Storage and access
Messages are stored in the website MySQL database and are accessible to authenticated administrators. Do not include banking credentials or personal identity documents in free-text messages.
Security and retention
We use basic access controls and validation. Anonymous daily page-view and session totals may be stored for site analytics without recording visitor IP addresses. No online system is guaranteed secure. Contact the company to request removal of information previously submitted.
